Sailwinds Realty LLC.was born late in 2006. Mike Adams ,broker /owner, started in the real estate profession in early 2002 after having been in the construction trades since 1970 and self employed as a builder/ contractor for approximately 16 years. This was upon the urging of a respected Dorchester County real estate broker and it seemed like a perfect fit with the building and business background that was already in place.
